Robin McElrath, owner of Robin's On Roan

For 29 years, Robin owned The Frame Gallery in Johnson City and Robin’s Frame Shop in Greeneville,TN with over 2,000 customers. After a nearly 3 year absence, she returns to what she does best. Now offering samples of frames and mats along with in-house consultation, she offers her customers a personal touch to go with the home furnishings she offers from Luke Leather Furniture, Capel Rugs, Quoizel Tiffany Lamps, window treatments and hand-carved furniture.

Robin still represents local artists and now frames purchased art work as well as items brought in by customers. Framing is Robin’s expertise and many customers were family to her. “I am thrilled to be back in the framing business again where I made my living for so many years,” said Robin, “Adding this aspect to my shop gives me an opportunity to re-connect with friends and offer a service I loved for 29 years.”

My photography is inspired by my passion and love for God, those made in His image, and His Creation. Using images and impressions, I urge you to ponder, praise, revere, and worship the Creator. God's Creation reveals His power and divine nature, that He is loving and just. I believe that art finds its true home in God, as we His children, made in His image, create works that bring glory to Him.

I took up photography early in my teen years and thoroughly enjoyed experimenting with cameras and techniques. Working with rangefinder, SLR, and pinhole cameras helped me master the technical side of photography. I loved the black and white darkroom, but shooting color reversal films brought the greatest joy. There is more to photography, however, than exposing a medium to light, balancing dark and bright. Pressing onward, coursework in college enlightened me to the art of photography, where I was challenged to address angles, form, composition, and storytelling.

My husband, James, and I have given 5 years of experience in producing beautiful products that will enhance your home or make great gifts for your friends. Each rock is hand selected and travels through many processes to achieve the quality appearance that sets our rocks apart from all the rest. The lamp oil reservoir is securely attached beneath the rock and our wicks are guaranteed for life. The colors are beautiful green or tan with very earthy rich tones...every rock is different. Each rock comes with a baby funnel for easy filling, and an instruction card.

Use these stones on coffee tables, patios, or even as a center piece on dining tables. Use it outside in nicer weather and fill with citronella or scented lamp oils.
