Our Story
Robins On Roan has been framing at this location for almost 15 years (it took a brief interlude as Bishops Framing in the late 20teens). Before becoming a frame shop, this location was an Interior Design shop, which funnily enough, is where our owner Meredith did student study days while getting her degree in interior design. Isn’t it neat how life comes full circle?!?

Which brings us to what makes us stand out. Not only was Meredith trained in interior design at ETSU, she also learned to frame by one of Johnson City’s longest running framers. The staff at Robins On Roan continues to learn the latest techniques to make sure your piece is preserved to the highest quality possible. When designing, we are willing to go the extra mile to make sure your piece is perfect… even if that means hand-painting a 1/16” beveled reveal. Every detail is important and no detail is overlooked!
